When you completed your order by entering your credit card deatils on-line, you should have seen a message saying that you order was APPROVED. If you did indeed see this message then we have already received your order and are in the process of sending it out.

You should also have received a receipt from Replicahause in your email (granted that you entered a valid e-mail address). On this receipt will be the information concening your order. Keep this as a record of your purchase. You will also recieve an email containing your Order Details (Delivery Address,Product,Your name etc..,)

The most important number is your Purchase Transaction ID and your Order Number. This number is used for all order information on our office system.

You will recieve your Tracking number 24-32 hours after placing your order with us. Orders can be tracked from our Order Tracking Section on our Site.
