1 Year Warranty :

1 Year Warranty for Both Swiss and Japanese Watches. Warranty covers manufacturers defects on all different parts of the watch.

Instructions :

Include your order #, date of purchase, name address and a daytime phone number. We will email you with the shipping address. Once the item is received, and the watch has not been worn or tampered with, a refund will be made to your credit card or an immediate exchange will take place. Once returned or exchanged (at your cost) you will be refunded the amount of your original purchase.

All watches are sold at its maximum size and must be fitted: removal of stainless steel links. Leather bands can be easily adjusted based on the size of the owners wrist.

Please Note that we will not offer a refund or exchange on watches which have been damaged by water because we have a warning on all products descriptions clearly stating that we do not recommend you to swim with the watch and also strictly away from water since we have no way to verify whether the customer has actually gone swimming with the watch or simply washed his dishes.

Restocking Fees:

• Restocking Fees will not be applied on Manufacturer Defective Watches and being Exchanged for the Same Model

• Restocking Fees of 20% will apply on Watches with Manufacturer Defect But being Returned for an Exchange with a Different Model

• Restocking Fees of 20% will apply on Watches with Manufacturer Defect But being Returned for a Refund

• Restocking Fees of 20% will apply on Watches NOT Defective and being Returned for Another Model

• Restocking Fees of 20% will apply on Watches not Defective and Being Returned for a Refund
